On Tuesday afternoon, Amina saw a notice beside the Senior One classroom door.
ENVIRONMENT CLUB MEMBERS
Meet on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. Bring an empty bottle and a notebook.
On Thursday, Amina and Joel went to the old tap behind the dining hall. They waited with six other learners, but no teacher came. The rest of the club was meeting beside the new rainwater tank. The notice had not said where to meet.
Three learners have now joined the club. They need to understand what went wrong and receive the correct information before the next meeting.
